Dashboard
One of the biggest challenges and sources of anxiety for students at University of Phoenix is math. UoPx acquired Carnegie Learning in order to improve student outcomes and increase retention rates. Our team helped with user research, interaction, and visual support.
One of the key UI elements we redesigned was the skills dashboard. Each interaction a student makes gives them immediate feedback on how they are doing on a given competency.
Our new designed improved discoverability, understanding, and gave greater clarity as to how the user was trending.
